WeiBeam · Electrode solutions for high-temperature melting

Our mission

In high-temperature processing, electrode durability directly affects production efficiency and operating cost. We understand your need for stable, efficient, low-cost production, which is why we keep investing in specialized densification. Starting from microstructure and structural design, we improve resistance to deformation and erosion under high temperature and mechanical stress. Our aim is to provide a suitable electrode solution with responsive technical support, not just a product.

01

In-house densification process

We use a specialized densification route that starts from microstructure and structural design to improve electrode behavior under high temperature and mechanical stress.

02

Production-line validation

Samples can be trialled on your line. Replacement intervals and service life vary with melting temperature, melt chemistry and electrode arrangement.

03

Application-specific engineering

For each furnace and process condition we provide a dedicated electrode selection and application plan that fits actual production.

Technical innovation

Continuous investment in specialized densification to advance molybdenum microstructure control.

Reliable quality

Full-process quality control keeps every batch dense and consistent in performance.

Customer first

From selection to after-sales support, every customer receives a dedicated application plan.

Fast response

Stable supply and timely technical support keep production lines running.

Standards, inspection and editorial review

Standards

Electrodes are controlled to YS/T 1312-2019 Molybdenum Electrodes. Molybdenum rods reference ASTM B387 / GB/T 17792; plate and discs reference ASTM B386 / GB/T 3876; special shapes are accepted under a mutual technical agreement.

Inspection and traceability

Incoming material verification, process parameters and final inspection are recorded batch by batch, forming a traceability chain. Mill certificates and inspection records are available with shipment to support failure analysis.

Editorial review

Technical articles on this site are written and reviewed by the WeiBeam engineering team. Parameters and process descriptions reference public standards and engineering practice; specific values are governed by technical agreements and factory inspection records.
